Bailey Elementary School serves students in PreK through fifth grades and is part of South Washington County Schools. Students at Bailey Elementary School reach academic excellence by learning in a supportive and caring environment. In 2017, the school was one of 342 nationwide to become a U.S. Department of Education National Blue Ribbon School.

Teachers at Bailey Elementary School personalize learning for each student by building relationships. Each student meets with their teacher before the start of the school year. Families also attend an open house before the school year, meet with teachers twice a year at conferences and receive regular communications about their child’s progress.

Community involvement is important at Bailey Elementary School. All are invited to yearly special events at the school, like the Veteran’s Day Assembly and World Culture Day. In addition, there are community-building events throughout the year and an active Parent Teacher Association (PTA).
