Bailey Elementary School serves students in Preschool through fifth grades and is part of South Washington County Schools. Students at Bailey Elementary School reach academic excellence by learning in a supportive and caring environment. In 2017, the school was one of 342 nationwide to become a U.S. Department of Education National Blue Ribbon School.

Teachers at Bailey Elementary School personalize learning for each student by building relationships. Each student meets with their teacher before the start of the school year. Families also attend an open house before the school year, meet with teachers twice a year at conferences and receive regular communications about their child’s progress.

Community involvement is important at Bailey Elementary School. All are invited to yearly special events at the school, like the Veteran’s Day Assembly and World Culture Day. In addition, there are community-building events throughout the year and an active Parent Teacher Association (PTA).

Thank You Bailey Families!
On this official last day of the ‘19-’20 school year, we would like to stop for a minute to thank all of you for your support of both our students and our staff this year. We thank you for your support both inside and outside of the classroom. We thank you for your patience as we navigated a new learning system and with it, new learning and teaching challenges. We thank you for facilitating the move from learning in the classroom to learning in your homes. We thank you for learning along with us. We thank you for being you...each and every one of our students, families and staff are part of our Bailey Family and we can not wait to see our Bailey Family reunited again. We wish you the best this summer...
